Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow Couture – Simple look with Glitter

Picture

Hello loves!

Last weekend, the hubby and I went to see a Sol concert in Portland and I decided to do something fairly simple but with a pop of glitter. To be honest this Nyx liquid glitter was terrible and I really dislike it, next time I’m trying the coulourpop metallic gel liners to make makeup life so much easier!

To start off I used my Mac soft ochre paint pot as base then used Soft Peach from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Couture Palette to set it. Next, I applied Morocco as my transition shade using Luxie Beauty tapered blending brush 231. This is the best tapered blending brush for small crease like mine! After that, I used Fudge for the crease and I really slowly built it up to be more opaque so that when I apply the same shade to the lid, it’s already blended out! I have a scar on that eyelid as you can see, and I always wonder why it looks like it’s not as blended as the rest!

When the shadow application is finished, I used the Nyx liquid glitter in gold color and attempted to make a wing liner away from the lash line. This product was so goopy and it started peeling from one side a few hours later so I don’t recommend this product for this type of look, haha. Yes I’m a noob, what can I say? After that headache was over with, I used my beloved black gel liner in shade 77 from inglot to make the wing liner then finished the look with house of lashes falsies in Iconics.

I totally forgot to say that I applied Morocco and fudge on the lower lashline as well, and used urban decays brown eyeliner on the waterline! I completed the look by using Dose of Colors matte lipstick in Brick. I really hope you all liked this look, and until next time!

Livi
