Our First Visit To Disneyland

disneyland

Disneyland is definitely a must during our Road Trip To California spring break! We have planned for two days of Disney magical fun. Both my husband and I have not been here since we were youngens, so this was a new and fun experience for all of us! We also believed that our kids are the perfect age to enjoy most attractions in exception of Mimi who might be a bit short.

It is the classic fire truck that has been here for decades and I love seeing my children on a classic item. Close to this firefighter house is the city hall that you can get First Visit buttons. The kids and I was just enjoying this little area when husband went to go grab them!

As parents with multiple kids, we actually brought two strollers which was actually amazing! No cranky tired kids mean enjoying the theme park for much, much longer I also brought this Ez Packing cube in the size small to store all of our Disney fun gadgets such as autograph books, penny passports, glow sticks, lanyards, coin purses to store the pennies and quarters. That way when we see a Disney character or a penny machine, we could just grab the items really quick!

First ride of the day is the submarine ride! We were one of the firsts in the line so we didn’t have to wait too long. This ride is very low intensity, but so very enganging for the kiddos! They all had fun pointing out the fishes and recalling the movie events in this super cute ride.

Next, since we had fast passes for Astro Blasters, we prepared to catch some bad guys! This ride is a three people seater that is filled with amazing fun and a little competition. There are two laserguns and in the middle is where you or your child can control the spaceship!

I was actually sitting with Mimi in this one, can you see her? Hehehehe. At the end of the ride, we got to find our pictures on the little screens. I am so surprised that this one was taken!

We stopped in to the Toy story shop afterwards because that’s where the path took us and we found our first penny machines! Besides the fun of creating these pennies, it’s also a great way to divert kids from wanting expensive toys! We all know we can’t afford to buy so much in theme parks, but this is really a nice little thing to give them some fun and choices. They all had their own penny passports to collect all of their penny treasures!

Their Disney uniform was on point, mama thinks! The girls has on custom pieces made by Sarah from SESstyles on Etsy and my son had a matching getup of camo pants from Target and this attitude Mickey shirt I found on Amazon. Can you tell I love having my kids match?

We found Boba fett and I think Mimi might be afraid of him. Ezekiel kept pointing out how his voice sounded so funny and asked how he made his voice so robotic.

My girls and I went through the Sleeping beauty castle and oh my, what a cool little walk through it was! They had so much fun going through the story in real life. Afterwards, we took a little rest by the castle and this super magical water fountain. Yes, these are water fountains! It’s also a perfect area to take some pictures.

We laughed, we walked (a ton!), we watched, and we were blown away by this visit. The parade was a nice ending of our night that made it even more amazing. It was busy and crowded since it was Spring Break, but we have enjoyed all that we have to enjoy and couldn’t be more blessed! Keep on the lookout for day two of Disneyland trip! Thanks so much for visiting and until next time!Products seen:
