Too Faced Melted Chocolate Lipsticks

Hello lipstick lovers,

Today I have sweet treats for you! I present you the too faced chocolate melted lipsticks in chocolate milkshake, chocolate honey, and chocolate cherries. I only purchased the original formula with the creamy opaque matte finish. I love these ones truly and loyally. To tell you the truth I have quite a bunch of them…

Aren’t they so pretty? Anyway, I didn’t get the metal chocolate formula because of the glossy sprinkly finish… But I’m sure they smell just as great! The formula of the classic formula is very comfortable on the lips, they last six hours on me before fading and I love how my lips do not practically turn to a prune by the end of the day. The only thing that is different on these new ones are the smell! They smell heavenly… Chocolatey heaven. It doesn’t only smell like chocolate, it’s mostly smells like chocolate vanilla buttercream. You know, the ones that you put on your kids cupcakes for their birthday parties? Yeah, that’s the one! It quickly goes away after it sets though so those of you who aren’t a fan of scented lipsticks or scented anything… Don’t worry, it really does dissipate.

My favorite shade definitely has to be the honey, it is the perfect neutral lipsticks I own. It is not grey, it’s not a pinky nude, like the chihuahua. It’s not an orange nude, like the nude shade. It’s not a warm nude, like the milkshake (which I also love, but I feel on its own with no makeup it looks kind of funny) it is neutral nude as in, it’s probably an exact 50/50 of cool and warm. I do think this particular shade is for everybody! Now on a last note, the chocolate cherries is definitely to die for… Just too gorgeous. Im sure soon enough I’ll post the colors on the actual lips but for now I have been scrubbing it out with minimal makeup and “natural” hair these days. Can we moms please admit… School is back and we are just out of tune right now? Lol 🙂 anyway, here are swatches! Enjoy the deliciousness!

With their gorgeous new palette, Chocolate Bon Bons!
… And I’m back with an update on the lip swatches! It is now January 9th of 2016 and I am back to show you my new fave lippies. I took these pictures right after it was applied, so that’s why it had a gloss effect. It hasn’t fully dried down yet. When it does, it’s a tad bit darker. I honestly love these colors! The top two definitely is a subtle nude while the cherries is a bit more vampy. When it dries down, it is MUCH darker, just like the arm swatch.
