This year’s Fall palette is the Too Faced Pumpkin Spice Eyeshadow Palette. Technically, I am right on time as today is the first day of Fall, but I’m pretty late since the release date! I’ve seen this every single time I am at Ulta. I pass by it every single time and it’s always said, “Look at me!” I never did until today.

PUMPKIN SPICE
This eyeshadow palette comes with eighteen eyeshadows and I love how unique this palette is. The box of the palette is super cute and definitely TOO FACED style!
It is a tin packaging and it does have a weight to it. I have always loved Too Faced’s eyeshadow packaging. I’ve owned the Chocolate Bar and The Chocolate Bon Bons way back then! It’s been used up and expired but I wish I kept them just for the packaging, lol. Anyways, this pumpkin spice palette is just soooooo cute. I’m a PSL girl so this palette spoke to me!
The back of the packaging is always interesting, too. Too Faced knows how to keep everything and every side cute!
THE EYESHADOWS
There are twelve matte shades and six shimmers. I really like that there are a lot of mattes in this palette as it makes it easier to create a clean look without shimmers literally everywhere. When I was swatching these, I was just like oh my gosh, that’s so smooth. They’re just so nice and these are so easy to blend!
Let’s talk about the first nine shades on the left side. I want to call this the “Spring” shades even though this is a Fall palette. There are such nice shimmers here that can be worn anytime of the year. That’s why it’s such a unique palette because you’re not stuck within a single season you know. I mean, I know you can wear shadows anytime but I’m a seasons gal…. LOL.
I also love that Whipped Cream is just a nice matte white to set the eye primer. Well, I just use concealer, but I LOVE setting it with Whipped Cream!
I’m not sure why the colors look slightly different taken with the camera or the iPhone. I think my camera just takes in more light or something. I wanted to show you both versions so you could take a look with each different lighting and device.
The nine shades on the right side are the actual “Fall” shades. Looking at these colors, it can be somewhat WOWZA lol like how do I use these? But they just turn out so good on the eyes. The browns/maroons with the purples look SO GOOD together. Also, the purples would look so good for a wintery look, too.
Some of the shimmers are very buttery and some are very metallic like the Fall Vibes and PSL & Chill. I prefer to use those two with my pinky to pat them in, but the rest of the shimmers also work with a flat lid brush. The mattes are mostly all smooth except the Spice of Life, it was sort of patchy and definitely needs a blend. The rest of the mattes applied and blended easily.
LOOKS
Sweetie Pie looks so weird in the pan but it actually looks nice and neutral on the eyes! I used sweetie pie as the crease color here. I wanted this look to just be a natural and light look. I didn’t really PACK on anything lol. I’ll add more looks later on!

THE SWATCHES
Too Faced Pumpkin Spice Melted Matte Lipstick is definitely a “nude”. It’s not that dark or orangy and definitely can be worn anytime. I have been wearing this color a lot because it is just so flattering. It’s a burnt terracotta for sure but with some red in it? I don’t know lol. It’s a lighter version of the “caramel apple” from the Too Faced Snuggles & Melted Kisses liquid lipstick set. If you click on that link, it will take you to my review of the Christmas set.
What do you think of this palette? Do you love it or if you haven’t tried it, would you purchase this? I think it is just a nice color story that can be used throughout any seasons depending on what you use. I love that this has both warm and neutral/cooler tones so we are not just stuck with all warm. The Pumpkin spice palette and the melted matte lipstick are both available at Ulta and Sephora!
